Projects

The PH Zurich collaborates with universities, schools and other organisations in young states in South-Eastern Europe and various newly industrialized countries on educational issues through international projects in education. Projects often focus on managing educational processes, developing and implementing educational strategies, curricular reforms, and exploring new didactic approaches.

These projects generate valuable experience and knowledge about different pedagogical approaches, transcultural learning, and the characteristics of different education systems. This knowledge is shared with lecturers and students through courses and other internal events, thereby enriching education and training at the PH Zurich and beyond.

Department for International Projects in Education

The Department for International Projects in Education at PH Zurich is committed to providing high-quality education through its projects, which promote peaceful coexistence and the exchange of knowledge between individuals, schools, and universities across borders. During its fifteen-plus years of operation, the Department for International Projects in Education has collaborated with renowned partner institutions such as the SDC, UNICEF, the OECD, the WHO, the European Union, and the Council of Europe. The expertise gained through international cooperation in areas such as educational reform, the development of teaching materials, and the inclusion of minorities is shared by the PH Zurich both internally and externally.
