Research events organised by PH Zurich help to spread the word and spark discussions about the education sciences. Many of the events are open to the public.
By actively focusing on outreach, PH Zurich makes its research activities accessible to a wider audience with an interest in matters relating to education. The university organises events in different formats:
- Research colloquia are workshops where projects currently being worked on by the Office of the Vice-President for Research Development are introduced and form the subject of critical debate. These events are open to the public.
- Workshops and conferences covering various topics are held regularly at PH Zurich. They facilitate scientific exchange within Switzerland and beyond, providing an opportunity for research findings to be presented and discussed. Registration is sometimes required for these events.
- The PH Zurich Methodology School provides a setting where researchers and junior researchers can add to their repertoire of research methods in the social sciences.
