What we offer
Education projects are only effective in the long term if they leave a lasting mark on the educational landscape. Whether it be the introduction of competency-based curricula, cooperative teaching methods, life skills, career guidance or democratic culture – only when the education system introduces changes can projects succeed.
The Department for International Projects in Education has many years of experience in planning, consulting and assisting with education reforms. The department’s experts also frequently offer their support in complex affairs, such as the renewed reshuffling of governments and responsibilities (e.g. in Romania and Kosovo), with a systemic view.
Its areas of expertise include providing professional support for academic or curriculum reforms, assisting with the design of study programmes, initiating science-based accompanying studies, and consulting on the development of education-specific policies. In terms of systemic consultation, we support our partners in navigating change within their institutions or teams and in positioning their organisation within the local educational landscape. Processes of social change play an important role here, which is why we also offer specific continuing education programmes within the scope of our consulting services.
