Sabrina Marruncheddu, M.A., is a lecturer at the Department for International Projects in Education (IPE) of the Zurich University of Teacher Education, Switzerland. The focus of her work is on multilingualism, heritage language teaching and life skills education. She studied English and Italian at Zurich University, where she also obtained the diploma in teaching at upper secondary level. After completing her studies, she taught at various grammar schools before joining the Zurich University of Teacher Education in 2003. Her project experience ranges from planning and conducting trainings for in-service teachers in Eastern Europe and the Balkans to the participation in a EU-project on multilingualism in schools.
