Description
The LST project supports schools in promoting diversity and inclusion. Experienced specialists support teachers, school teams and principals with planning, implementation and evaluation of teaching. Additionally, they help schools with issues relating to cooperation and school development. The project’s goal is to establish an equitable and sustainable school culture, while reducing the workload of teachers. The project is supported by cantons, universities and foundations, and is accompanied by scientific research.
