Séverine Chuffart Balmer studied economics at the University of Zurich and obtained in 2004 a Master’s degree in Economics. She gained her first professional experience in the financial sector and moved in 2007 as a project manager to the Economic Development Cooperation Department of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
From 2017 to 2023, she worked as a project manager for the international research project “Skills for Industry” at the PHZH. In 2022, she completed the CAS in Development and Cooperation (ETHZ, Nadel).
She works since December 2023 as an academic associate at the Centre for Educational Governance and Democracy Education.
